This role will play a vital part in the overall success of the Social Media team, supporting the Social Strategies set out to their clients. The Opportunity for the Social Media Executive:

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for a diverse range of clients in the fashion industry. This role involves creating, curating, and managing engaging content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with each client's brand voice and objectives. The executive will collaborate with influencer teams, creatives, and senior management to optimise content performance, analyse trends, and provide in-depth reporting to drive successful social media campaigns

What the Social Media Executive will be involved in:

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies for clients across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Create, edit, and publish daily engaging content, such as videos, reels, carousels, stories, and static posts.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop briefs for static content and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Lead content creation efforts for clients, coordinating with the wider team for support.
Work closely with the influencer team and TikTok specialists to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Stay updated with trending content and adapt tools like CapCut to suit brand needs.
Design monthly content calendars, coordinating necessary shoot days and content creation activities.
Conduct thorough research and audits on current trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform strategy.
Provide detailed reporting and analytics on social media performance, aligning it with website traffic and overall business goals using tools like Hootsuite.
Partner with senior management and clients to design and implement social media strategies that align with business objectives.
To be successful as the Social Media Executive, you will need the following:

At least 1-2 years of experience in social media management.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Familiarity with scheduling content in advance.
Ability to manage multiple social media accounts for different clients.
Basic content creation skills, including familiarity with tools like CapCut or similar.
Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail.
Ability to produce engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
Good understanding of major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Analytical skills to track and optimize social media performance.
The package on offer for the Social Media Executive includes:

Salary of £25,000 to £27,000
