Leaders in Care UK has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This full-time Registered Manager role is based nr. to Southport and offers an attractive salary of £55,000-£60,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
Commutable from Ormskirk, Wigan, Southport, Formby & surrounding areas.
You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of person-centred care to residents living with dementia. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for residents.
During your first few weeks in this Registered Manager role, you can expect to take on some of the following:
Provide effective leadership and management of the nursing home
Oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans for residents with dementia
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of dedicated healthcare professionals
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and continuously seek opportunities for improvementTo apply for this Registered Manager role, you need experience of managing a nursing home for older people with Good CQC reports, ideally have a valid PIN either RGN or RMN but not essential. You will also require:
Proven managerial or supervisory experience in a dementia care setting
Knowledge of dementia care best practices and regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
