Job Description:

Title: SAP Payroll Consultant

Duration: 6months + freelance contract (extension possible)

Job type: Fully Remote

Pay Rate: €280 per day gross

Must have: EU Payroll exp

The Role: As an SAP Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for translating customer design requirements and calculation rules into the SAP payroll engine. You will support the business by setting up, adjusting, and managing the Company payrolls and ensuring operational stability in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a functional analyst for SAP HCM payroll/ECP or equivalent systems (eg, ADP/Globalview).
• Payroll Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of payroll processes (excluding UK but including Ireland, Portugal, and other EU countries) and tax calculations.
• Integration Understanding: Strong understanding of integration between ECP Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central, SAP ECC, and non-SAP systems.
• Hands-On Implementation: Experience in designing and implementing solutions per business requirements.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management in global organizations.
• System Configuration: Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution.
• Language: Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
