Insurance Administrator - North London - Up To £30,000 DOE
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and leading Global Insurance Brokerage as an Insurance Administrator.
You'll be joining our clients Real Estate and Construction division, in a growing team, who are dynamic, collaborative and entrepreneurial. Responsibilities
- Effectively contribute to the credit control processes
- Diligently check policy documentation
- Effectively manage client queries
- Respond promptly to account queries
- Support the wider team with administration needs
- Assist in collating and preparing data for renewal presentations
- Assist in preparing, negotiating and finalising marketing material
- Produce documents, such as client letters/reports, in line with the client requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- 1 year's minimum experience working within an office based environment, ideally within the Insurance sector however other wider regulated businesses will also be considered
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset to deliver solutions for clients
- Drive to learn and continuously improve whilst delivering excellent client services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build effective and positive relationships, and communicate both informally and in formal situations
