Senior Microsoft Cloud Consultant
Salary: £72,000 - £79,000 + £7000 Achievable Bonus
Location: London/Remote (Hybrid)

As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for the high-quality delivery of Consulting Services to our client's end customers and work within a designated Practice area within the Delivery team. Senior Consultants will work as part of a delivery team and be directed by senior delivery resources or will technically lead small/medium engagements.

You will be a technical expert within Microsoft Cloud technologies and be able to provide technical consult to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will possess skills to enable excellent technical design and implementation of infrastructure solutions and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.

Being client facing you must demonstrate outstanding customer relationship skills and be able to work both on your own or as part of a larger project team. You will also be expected to mentor junior members of the team and contribute to the development to the ongoing development of the Consulting team.

Responsibilities:
* Ability to work as part of a team, as well as applying own initiative to task execution and problem solving. Ability to lead small/medium engagements.

* Self-motivated, goal orientated and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Is able to constantly demonstrate broad knowledge and experience of technical solutions, as well as technical experience in their chosen technical domain.

Skills:
* Microsoft Entra (Active Directory)
* Microsoft 365 Administration (Tenant migration, configuration, policy, identity, security)
* Microsoft Windows Server build, deploy & automate.
* Design and build PoC environments (M365 testing, Migrations etc.)
* Microsoft Azure Core Services - IaaS, Networking, Azure Security Centre, SSO etc.

Experience:
* A good level of consulting experience, designing & delivering customer solutions.
* Experience designing and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions.
* Experience designing and deploying Entra (Active Directory) solutions.
* Experience delivering infrastructure into Azure and on-premises environments.

Certifications:
* MS-102 - Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent experience
* AZ-800/801 - Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent experience.
