Title: Project Manager

Duration: Contract to Hire

Desired Conversion Salary: $120k - $125k

Required Experience: We need a senior PM who has strong Application Development experience. Retail industry experience (POS, not Back Office) is a nice to have. You will be working with teams out of state and stay on top of deliverables on a highly proprietary project. This will be managing a project through a 3rd party vendor and managing business deliverables as well as IT application deliverables. Should have PM fundamental skills and be able to work with ambiguity and change. Global rollout experience is needed. Resumes need to make sure to show the type of project you worked on to include details on what type of delivery you did.

Manager Notes:

  • Need an IT PM with excellent documentation skills
  • We need a PM that is an applications development PM, if you started your career as a developer that is a plus
  • Working with the IT Delivery team
  • Hybrid of Waterfall and Agile-No Scrum Masters
  • Delivered projects on the software development applications side-no infrastructure
  • Don't need product delivery but a nice to have
  • Will work with the technical teams but will also have projects where they work with the business side
  • Understands standard deliverables such as is the legal contract signed, all sales completed, marketing completed, communication plan done and project tracking
  • Helpful if they have worked with product teams on a product deliverable
  • Will be working with different stakeholders than just IT so communication skills are most important
  • This person will pair with a SME on the product management side
  • Will be given a standard template of deliverables to follow-checklist
  • If they have banking and financial industry experience is a plus due to all the regulations
