Service Desk Manager - 1x Brussels/1x Hamburg - 12 months
I am currently looking for a Service Desk Manager for a position with one of my clients based in either Brussels, Belgium or Hamburg, Germany.
- Supporting activities and team surrounding service desk tasks
- Strong technical expertise with Service Desk Systems and processes eg ITIL.
- Ensure efficiency and quality around service desk related tasks
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Duration: 12 months
Location: Hamburg or Brussels
Rate: Market rates
