Application Support - D365 Sales

Application Support Analyst with experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, is required for a leading global insurance company currently building a brand new team to provide support and maintenance services for their D365 services. They have been undergoing a major expansion of their technical team and operation in Leeds.

The organisation have been investing significantly in their technology and have been moving towards applications in Power Platforms and Power Applications, you will come from a background having supported these tools, specifically supporting D365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service with a strong overall understanding of Dynamics 365 applications, products and configuration.

You will be joining the organisation as an early member of the team of 3, with scope to grow your applications knowledge. You will have to be adaptable in this position as there will be an expectation for you to pick up new applications and applications specific to the insurance industry giving you broad responsibilities and application ownership. The expectation is to become the overall SME in Dynamics 365 and as the team grows mentoring and coaching others in these tools.

Naturally you will have strong customer service skills, with the ability to work both with internal as well as some external stakeholders to successfully maintain and support the applications.

Skills:

• Experienced in supporting, maintaining and configuring applications in Dynamics 365, specifically D365 Sales
• Some experience or knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Support and Ideally D365 Field Service although not essential
• Broader knowledge of Dynamics 365 suite of tools and their integration across other applications
• Great communication skills for working closely with colleagues and some external vendors.
• Ability to work within a team spread across multiple UK locations.
