Your Role:

• Participate in a unique training program during your first month, followed by hands-on experience to rapidly familiarize yourself with the finance sector.
• Engage in new-business development and account management to acquire new clients.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the job market, advising clients and candidates effectively during the selection process.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview and contract process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Take responsibility for closing your own deals, driving your success.
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss emerging trends, effects, and analyses you've identified in the finance job market.

Who You Are:

• Higher Professional Education level of work and thinking
• Enjoy helping and communicating with people.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or sales, preferably within the finance sector.
• Motivated to develop yourself and take initiative.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
