Based in Arena Quarter, Leeds - 5 days per week, 100% onsite
Are you a skilled German speaker with exceptional customer service skills? Our client is a leading organisation looking for a German Speaking Support Analyst to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilise your excellent German listening, written, and verbal communication skills to provide telephony-based support.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation and external vendors to resolve critical issues and manage complaints.
Analyse and solve problems with a strong emphasis on IT Service Desk processes and procedures.
Understand the business needs and the impact of service outages, ensuring continuous service delivery.
Coach and support colleagues, effectively communicating ideas and information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience handling critical issues and complaints in a fair and objective manner.
Exceptional German language skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in high-stress environments, prioritise tasks, and make decisions with minimal direction.
Familiarity with IT Service Desk processes and procedures, including critical metrics.
Solid understanding of supported business areas and associated critical systems.
Strong coaching and communication skills, adapting your approach to suit different situations and audiences.
Focused on delivering results and meeting quality standards.
Demonstrated aptitude for complex analysis and diagnosis of technical information.
Efficient in planning work, balancing priorities, and adhering to standards and cost constraints.
Self-driven, taking ownership of your own development and career progression.
