Leadership & Management:

• Lead and manage the entire network implementation project from inception to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee the procurement process, including supplier and subcontractor management.

Contract Management:

• Ensure compliance with NEC Type C contract requirements.
• Manage contract variations, claims, and disputes effectively.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Implement robust quality control procedures to meet stringent industry standards.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, regulatory, and environmental guidelines.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and community representatives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges.

Financial Oversight:

• Monitor project finances, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
