We have an amazing opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing telecommunication companies in Germany. Looking for Bauleiter who can communicate in German C1.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
As a Bauleiter, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Your key objectives will include:

1. Managing team of sub contractors 6-12 people
2. Ensuring health and safety measures are taking
3. Delegating team and supervising all civil work
4. Provide support to civil teams
5. Solution orientated problem solving

Required Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Experience as a Bauleiter or construction site manager or any road work background
2. C1 German
3. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
4. Driving License

Desirable Skills/Experience:
Although not essential, the following skills and experience are desired by the client:

1. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
2. Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
3. FTTX experience is a plus
