Homologation and Compliance Manager - Automotive

  • £50,000 - £55,000
  • Initial 2 years Fixed Term Contract
  • Near Epsom, Surrey (location is most easily reached by own transport)
  • Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)

Do you have automotive homologation experience ? We are looking for someone with experience of automotive type approval with homologation and compliance experience.

A new role

The UK automotive landscape is evolving. 2024 marks a significant timeline in the UK's decarbonization strategy and the introduction of independent vehicle certification. From January 2024, 22% of passenger car (and 11% of light commercial vehicle) registrations are required to be zero emissions at the tailpipe.

Therefore, we are on the hunt for a Vehicle Registration Data & Audit Compliance Manager who has at least 4-5 years of experience within regulatory/compliance setting to join our Global automotive OEM, voted one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for in the UK.

Essential skills

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Attention to detail, analysis and critical thinking skills
  • 4-6 years' experience in a regulatory/compliance setting
  • ISO certification, Financial management or any Environmental qualification
  • Extracting outcomes from data and using data to influence decisions
  • You have a growth mindset and are content to challenge the status quo

Desirable skills

  • Experience of working within an OEM or other automotive environment
