For a project at our client's site based in Zurich we are looking for a/an experienced

Senior Recruiter - Banking

In this demanding position within the Experienced and Campus Recruitment function, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and develop solutions in demanding recruitment-specific topics.

Your Qualifications:
  • 5+ years hands-on experience as Senior Recruiting within a global in-house environment and/or Matrix organization
  • Deep knowledge in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Initiative and flexible personality with consulting, influencing and strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional and confident manner at different levels and cultures, able to build relationship and gain confidence, respect and trust
  • Independent and well-structured working practice and able to manage multiple priorities and to cope with pressure in hectic times
  • Fluent in English, German would be a plus
Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (need analysis - vacancy/advertisement - sourcing strategy - evaluation/selection - offer) and develop solutions in demanding recruitment-specific topics
  • Responsible to recruit senior profiles, finding the right talent for specialized profiles from around the globe and advise Hiring Manager in all recruitment related aspects incl. complex offer details/tailoring compensation packages and managing challenging international hire/transfer cases while ensuring alignment to recruiting strategy and policy
  • Process applications and interact with candidates actively as well as collaborate with internal key stakeholders of your area of coverage
  • Build a constant pipeline of area-specific profiles in collaboration with Hiring Managers as well as the Sourcing team and act as a brand ambassador at various internal and external events
  • Lead/advise on complex Campus Program management cases and responsible for budget/allocation of Campus hiring targets within assigned business areas
  • Ensure strict adherence to policies/guidelines in all activities and data integrity in order to strive for operational excellence and to avoid operational risks
  • Lead local and global recruiting projects/initiatives and analyze recruitment metrics/reports as requested
