Cyber Program Reporting/Dashboard Analyst

Role

  • Produce strategic Group Cyber reports (Cyber dashboard, specific regulatory security reporting) for management and business, aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop Business Unit specific Dashboards based on the Group Cyber Dashboard.
  • Develop and implement formal process with data owners and related governance.
  • Perform quality check on received data sources and ensure consistency and coherence of different sources and related to trends.
  • Propose improvements to the reporting process and to the current proposed set of strategic KRIs/KPIs.
  • Track and maintain an information security risk register and assist with internal and external audits relating to information security.
  • Coordinate the operational security governance structure and forums including scheduling, preparing of inputs (such as metrics dashboard, reports, risks and incident details, progress reporting and escalation matters), required outputs (approvals, further escalations, actions to follow-up) and prepare reports for the business and management.
  • Provide technical/subject matter support to Management discussions and/or escalations.

Technical skills

  • You have a few years of professional experience, ideally in a function of project management, business analyst or financial reporting, and are interested in Security domain.
  • Experience with advanced Board level dashboarding including KRIs/KPIs/thresholds
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have very strong skills in Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, BI), you have well-proven skills in data manipulation and making synthetic presentation.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
