My client a leading financial organisation is seeking a HR Specialist to join their team
As the HR Specialist you will be focused on IT recruitment, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting and onboarding of IT Technical candidates.
You will be involved in developing strategies for how to best attract and recruit technical candidates and then execute on them.
You work operationally with recruitment including setting a requirements profile, screening candidates, conducting tests and interviews etc. Together with the HR team and recruiting managers you identify recruitment needs, carry out qualitative recruitment processes.
Key skills and experience
*Detailed experience as a HR Specialist.
*IT recruitment experience
*Stakeholder management experience
*Experience with recruiting for a number of roles simultaneously
