Location
This job vacancy would suit any candidate living close to Kendal just off either the A6, A66, A590, A591 or M6. It may suit candidates living close to Penrith, Grange-over-Sands, Ulverston, Lancaster, Windermere, or other nearby areas.
Benefits
* £24K - £27K per annum
* Full-time hours, 39-hours per week (various shifts).
* Part-time hours also available.
* 1-sleep in per week for 48-weeks.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will help turn around the lives of children who have suffered abuse, neglect, sexual abuse, or extreme trauma in a therapeutic manner. You will help to create a safe environment for the young people, helping them to grow socially and emotionally, teach them life skills, and be part of fun activities such as trips out.
Criteria
* Minimum 1-year experience of working with Children & Young People – essential.
* Level 3 Children & Young People / Children’s Residential Care/Workforce or be willing to work towards.
* Car Driver - essential.
