£55,000 plus a fantastic benefits package and flexible working - This role is hybrid (flexible on around 2 to 3 days in the office per week, plus it can be based in either Chichester, West Sussex or Andover, Hampshire

Responsibilities as a Category Manager:
* One of your key tasks analysing and reviewing key customer commercial activities leading own brand innovation ranges, using this to identify customer – specific opportunities.
* You’ll manage category spend and support the development of best-in-class ways of working, driving ROI and shopper measures both internally and externally.
* As the new Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their category vision and driving growth with their key customers.
* Leveraging data and analytics, you'll provide the insights, identify opportunities and develop tailored category development plans that drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
* Your strategic insights along with your passion will shape our product offerings, influence shopper behaviour, and ensure we meet industry standards.
Experience required for the Category Manager role:
* You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced consumer centric environment and have previous category experience, with proficiency in data and trends analysis and a desire to develop skills in wider marketing.
* Ideally you will be passionate about food and just as passionate about nurturing the relationships with your customers and colleagues a like, being a collaborative team player with the ability to influence colleagues.
