Senior Python Developer

Bristol/Cheltenham/Manchester (Hybrid Working - one day per week in the office)

Salary - up to £70,000 + Bonus & Benefits

CPS Group are currently working with a global data and technology consultancy who are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join the team on a new exciting project. The company work with a wide range of industries, ranging from hospitality to defence. They provide a wide range of services to clients including business intelligence, digital transformation, marketing, and more.

Due to the nature of work we require candidates to either have SC clearance or eligible to obtain this level of clearance. The employer is hiring for this position in Bristol, Cheltenham and Manchester

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing software solutions including design, development and testing
Using a wide range of technologies, specialising in the use of open-source libraries and components.
Utilising tools such as GitLab to build continuous integration pipelines, which help monitor and ensure software quality and security
Deploying software systems to a mixture of environments, including public (AWS and Azure) and private cloud
Full Software Lifecycle Development

Candidate Skills / Experience:

Strong experience/knowledge of Python.
Commercial experience with AWS.
Experience in the same/similar position.
Experienced with any of the following frontend technologies (Javascript, Typescript, React)
