Lead Front End Developer

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an exceptional Lead JavaScript Developer to take charge of their front-end development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting and implementing user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring the highest standards of code quality. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of JavaScript developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, backend development, and product management to deliver seamless user experiences.
Drive technical decisions and provide strategic direction for front-end development.
Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and continuously improve code quality.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in JavaScript and front-end development to ensure our client remains at the forefront of technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience as a Lead JavaScript Developer or in a similar senior role.
Deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Strong understanding of responsive design, web performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent.
Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) is a plus.
