About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an Enterprise Architect – ServiceNow, CSDM to collaborate with a diverse teams of experts combine innovative thinking and breakthrough use of technologies to progress. The Enterprise Architect – ServiceNow, CSDM role will be multifaceted by nature and will have you liaising with internal and external stakeholders alike so communication and collaboration are paramount to your success in this role. The successful Enterprise Architect – ServiceNow, CSDM will work in the digital team to tackle complex business challenges with transformative digital solutions and thrive in a trust-based, inclusive environment that values excellence and curiosity.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilise the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to map IT data to the organisational structure.
* Analyse and interpret discovered data to provide organisational context.
* Group IT assets by application and business service to ensure coherence and efficiency.
* Collaborate with IT operations and other cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy.
* Develop and implement best practices for data management and mapping.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data mapping and organisational context.
Skills & Experience
* Strong experience with ServiceNow and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
* Proficient in analysing and mapping IT data to organisational models.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills for collaborating with various teams.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
