We are looking for an experienced and well organised Contracts Administrator & Document Controller for our client based in Bromborough.
Admin support- providing comprehensive admin support to the installation division, scheduling meetings/surveys, responding to emails, answering calls
Document Control - serve as a primary point of contact for doc control within the installation department, ensure all project related documents are properly formatted, numbered and in line with the formatting required by clients, create and manage the doc control system to track and maintain all project documents, upload and maintain projects docs and drawings and specifications in client portals
Client Portal management - upload and update drawings, specifications and other relevant documents on client portals, ensure timely submission of required docs to meet deadlines.
Communicate and coordinate with project managers, engineers and other team members to ensure smooth document flow.
Essential skills - experience in a similar role preferably in construction
Previous knowledge of CRM systems and client portals
Experience in working and coordinating a large number of projects at any one time, with attention to detail and accuracy in managaging documentation
Work comfortably within a team whilst also confident enough to take control of your own diary ensuring all tasks are completed within the time frame required.
Highly confident and proficient with Microsoft Suite and Outlook 365, GCSE's English and Math's Grade C or above.
Day Shift Monday to Friday
A levels preferred, Customer Service minimum 1 year, driving licence preferred
Salary £25-26k
