The Role is regarding Cloud Engineer position, who has to support applications support hosted on cloud having good experience in troubleshooting infra, application and ability work in incident management.

Mandatory-Desired skills (mentioned in detail):
Cloud Formation(IAC), AWS Services- Cloud Compute, ECS, API Gateway Manager, Service Catalog, AWS organizations, Trusted adviser, Service Quotas, SecreteManager,S3buckets,IAM,Jenkins pipelines and build failure troubleshooting, incident management, application monitoring services-CloudWatch. AWS Lambda service, AWS CLi.

Key roles and responsibilities asked/explained.
* Support cloud hosted applications, troubleshooting incidents raised by dev teams and coordination with AWS-Tech Support team if indeed.
* Collaborate with AWS Support team and involving in AWS GameDay events and be part of large landscape support team.
* Monitoring applications.

Prior Experience and team handling-
Experience in managing CloudFormation(IAC), and Provisioning infra and supporting application deployments and Experience in Incident management team.
Automation/Scripting experience-
CloudFormation, Shell, python, groovy.

Questions asked during client interview:
* Explain BuleGreen and Canarydeployment in details and AMI is being updated to new version without downtime. How new AMI are being build ?
* Do you have CloudFormation experience Create S3 bucket and give access to 10 API gateways and Lambda to access it for write cloudformation template?
* Explain about secretmanger and lambda use case which you implemented in previous project?
* Explain about services quotas in AWS, how to increase quotas for resources in aws any prior experience you have?
* Do you have experience in aws service catalog, aws organization, API gateway manager services exposure.
* Have experience in Jenkins pipelines ? and how to fix build issues explain in detail, can you have ability to write pipelines from scratch and what automation you did, how do you authenticate aws when run aws clis form local and during pipeline.
* Do you prior experience in incident support and application monitoring? Explain what is major incident? And level of steps in incident management.
* Are willing to work on application cloud support team?
* Explain about IAM roles in AWS and write example json formate of IAM role.and what is inline policy in IAM

Leadership qualities - will be managing a team of 6-10 people and influence a much bigger group.
Strong communicator & negotiator - the job demands senior stakeholder management both at technology & business ends.
Understands & practiced ITIL methodologies/ application support. Experienced in running & managing regional SRE/DevOps teams.
Flexible as there will be need of working in odd hours and weekends.
AWS hands on (primarily Glue, Kinesis, EC2/ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, Cloud-watch)
Managing local team and stakeholders, Driving and resolving production issues, Managing problems and changes, writing pipelines and other AWS infra. Assertive in decision making and communicating to senior stakeholders at all levels
