The Consumer Engagement Team Assistant is absolutely central our effectiveness, working closely with the Head of Consumer Engagement Operations and providing a vital support role to the wider Consumer Engagement team. An ideal role for someone looking for an entry into a career in marketing, you will have exposure to the Consumer Engagement Directorate's campaign activity - which encompasses Brand & Advertising, Digital, Partnerships, Consumer PR, Consumer Engagement Operations, and Insight & Analytics teams.
You will be assisting across a range of projects that support effective ways of organisational working and team development - from writing award entries that profile the innovative campaign work that we do, finding training opportunities to help develop the team, through looking after our financial admin.
We're looking for someone who is excited by our mission, wants to be part of a fast paced, thriving and ambitious team, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved. We need someone who is sublimely organised and can ensure that our team works in a coordinated and effective way; someone we can rely on to look after the administration, but with the ability to act on their own initiative.
