Senior Business Process Designer/Architect

One of my leading clients is urgently looking for a Senior Business Process Designer/Architect to work on an 18 month contract in Groningen.
As a senior business process designer/architect you ensure that our client's department delivers predictable and high-quality process designs. You advise the client on prioritizing when introducing new processes and discusses this with business owners, the enterprise architect, management and staff departments.

You closely follow developments in the field of business process management. You convert this into improvement and advisory processes within the department and the rest of the organization. You inform and advise all stakeholders, solicited and unsolicited. You do this clearly and customer friendly. In addition, you are the point of contact for the client when it comes to business process management.

The successful Senior Business Process Designer/Architect will have the following responsibilities:

*Translates strategic objective into BPM products;
*Bring together the wishes and requirements of different departments in a process design;
*Ensure coherence between products, processes, KPIs and risks on the one hand and management quality (ISAE 3402) on the other.
*Develop and coach your colleagues in the department.
*Have a close cooperation with the enterprise architect
*Be a sounding board for the BPM manager.

The successful Senior Business Designer/Architect must have the following skills & experience:

*You are energetic, entrepreneurial and communicative.
*You can keep multiple balls in the air, stand strong in your shoes and are not afraid to give your opinion.
*Thanks to your enthusiastic attitude you inspire and coach your colleagues and stakeholders.
*You are analytical and can make a good decomposition of processes.
*You operate at different levels with ease and you work independently just as lovingly as with your colleagues.
*And the latest developments in the field of BPM? You know them like no other!
*You have a completed higher professional or university education in Business Administration, Information Science or Computer Science;
*you have proven experience with project, program and change management;
*You are aware of the latest developments in the field of BPM and do you have experience in professionalizing the BPM function;
*You have excellent knowledge of information architecture, lean and scrum/agile.

More information

The duration of the assignment is approximately 18 months.
The location is Groningen, Netherlands.
This is a Full time position, but 32 hours is negotiable.
