SWIFT Temps Ltd Commercial Recruitment Division are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator on a temporary - permanent basis to work for our client based in the area of Hounslow

Duties would include.

* Meeting and greeting visitors

* Answering calls/directing visitors around the building

* Booking inn suppliers & POC for reception

* Arranging post & deliveries,

* Processing invoices & credits for customers,

* Support neighbouring departments for admin tasks when required.

* Data entry, sending email and dealing with incoming emails

Skill Requirements

* Computer literacy(Microsoft office suites - essential)

* Multitasking abilities, and strong social skills.

* Excel, & Database experience

* Strong attention to detail

An English, Maths and Excel proficiency test will be undertaken on site as part of the interview screening

Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay rate £12.53 per hour

The position is Maternity cover – temp (until Feb 2025) however another post will be available at the end of the cover so in effect this role is temp to perm for the right applicant.
