Onsite Monday to Friday - Bristol (potential to go hybrid after first month)

ASAP start - rolling monthly contract - Inside IR35

Lucid have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Engineer on behalf of a successful MSP at their client site in Bristol

Essential Skills and Experience:

Primary skills required are mainly around Citrix leading the support, maintenance and development

Experienced in supporting Microsoft Stack, 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, hardware issues and software issues

Dealing with issues with Citrix to updating and rolling out gold images.

Awareness and experience backup solutions and DR technology ie, Veeam, HPE StoreOnce, Zerto

Other essential requirements include:

Good communication skills

Excellent customer service

Drive to resolve end customer issues

Ability to work independently or within a team
