Our client is going through a continued period of growth so is looking to add to their Business Analysis capability, the successful candidate will be presented with a great opportunity to help shape the analysis and documentation across a broad range of complex software lead projects, customer implementations and technology environments.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
To be successful with our client you must have a proven track record of delivery in a Business Analyst role with an in-depth working knowledge of various methodologies, you will need to be experienced in the delivery of digital projects with strong knowledge and experience of full SDLC.
The ideal candidate will be able to challenge the ways of working with a positive and analytical approach to problem solving, a strong facilitator with excellent communication skills with experience of running results driven workshops.
The Software Business Analyst is accountable for:
Proactively leading the Analysis and documentation for a range of projects across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Setting Business Analysis standards across the clients SDLC Framework and Delivery Framework
Supporting the Software development team and supporting the QA process.
Key Role Responsibilities
Software Project Delivery
Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects
Contribute to project plans; Training, coaching, motivating and supporting
Identify and validate the key business requirements through communication with colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation
Use Datamodelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes;
Consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions you have made, assessing their impact and proactively developing solutions
Prioritise requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
Ensure agreed times and budgets are met whilst maintaining quality standards
Understand and adhere to client's standards, process and framework
