As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will support data migration activities and assist affiliates in understanding templates, preparing for migration, cleansing data, and conducting reviews and validations.

Your role includes:

  • Standardizing Key Data Fields: Establish a common understanding and usage of crucial data fields, particularly for Customer, Vendor, and Employee Master Data.
  • Change Management Facilitation: Guide the change from Customer to BP, collecting and mapping current workflows to Aspire's methodologies.
  • Integration Support: Oversee and support the integration of BP (Customer, Vendor, Employee) within the Aspire landscape.
  • System and Usage Standardization: Ensure consistent system usage across the region.
  • Data Cleansing Leadership: Drive and oversee comprehensive data cleansing activities.
  • Data Integrity Assurance: Maintain data integrity in key systems throughout the migration process.
  • Migration Accountability: Responsible for successful data migration and production load, including obtaining business representatives' sign-off and verification.
  • Local Team Training: Train local teams to maintain processes that support data quality.
  • Global and Local Collaboration: Work with global and local teams to ensure all roles and responsibilities are completed for master data setup.
  • Activity Definition: Define activities to be performed and the related effort with the Local Lead.
  • Work Package Delivery: Lead the delivery of assigned work packages within the function according to schedule, reporting accomplishments to the Regional Deployment Lead.
  • Scope Management: Manage scope within assigned work packages, prioritizing requirements that add the most value to the organization (Fit-For-Purpose).
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work products and deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with the project's documentation and tools.
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Challenge the status quo and aim for breakthrough innovations, participating in the full life cycle of technology implementation. Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Supply Chain Planning (process, systems, etc.).
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on deliverable progress versus the plan, partnering with the project coordinator and PMO for timely project plan updates.
  • Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify and document issues, conduct impact analysis, and recommend resolutions. Escalate to the work-stream lead if necessary.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Support the Global ASPIRE Function Head in communication with stakeholders, business, and user communities, and in general change management activities.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data/system management or analysis.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • ERP Project Experience: Proven experience in ERP projects.
  • Focus and Execution: Strong delivery focus and execution skills.
  • Project Management: Strong project management capabilities.
  • Cross-functional and Cultural Experience: Experience working across functions and cultures.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt in a complex, changing (Agile) environment.
  • Proactive Attitude: Open-minded toward standardization, centralization, and speed. A "can do" attitude with a focus on improvement and a willingness to learn.
