Desired Experience

- Overall 8 to 10 years of Restaurant Management experience

- Should have worked in reputed five star hotel

- Should have experience of working in Indian Cuisine restaurant

- Should have minimum 1-2 years of UK Restaurant management experience

Roles and Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager

- Plans and trains the team in delivering excellent customer service.

- Suggesting and Implementing trending solution to increase sales.

- Implements the standards and structured processes required to work within a brand with good audit being maintained.

- Plans catering, banqueting & bar services and supervise staff.

- Decides on quality of meals and beverages to be provided.

- Discusses customer requirements for special occasions.

- Purchases or directs the purchasing of supplies and arranges for the preparation of accounts.

- Verifies quality of food and beverages.

- Maintains standard in waiting service areas, kitchen and dining areas to ensure they are kept clean in compliance with statutory requirements.

- Checks that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within the budget limit.

- Consistent training and one to ones to be documented in order to upkeep the standards of operations.

- Coaches Food and Beverage Assistants to achieve departmental revenue goals.

- Monitoring and completing Rota on weekly basis by deadlines set.

- To attend and contribute to weekly staff meetings with the staff and with the management.
