Compliance & Training Manager - Medical Affairs - 12 months contract
Global pharmaceutical company has an exciting opportunity for 12 months contract to join medical affairs team in oncology area to support activities related to development of training programs in GCP, PVG and other guidlines.
1. Lead design and implementation of training concept for medical affairs teams
2. Operate and monitor execution of training programs
3. Support Global GxP Director on training management and operations assignments
Scientific qualification (PhD, MSc or Bachelor's Degree) in an appropriate scientific discipline
Prior experience with GxP requirements, quality management system including risk management and regulatory requirements from main Heath Authorities.
Expertise in the principles and practices of Quality Risk management and GxP audits
Experienced in implementing and deploying projects/changes in an organization
A broad understanding of Quality Management, GCP/GVP and Risk Management processes
A broad understanding of main Health Authorities standards (eg FDA, EMEA) and ICH regulations and guidelines.
Proven self-starter with experience in building capabilities based on defined business needs across geography and functions.
This is 12 months contract based in Switzerland and requires being office based.
