Service Operations Lead

One of my clients is urgently looking for a Service Operations Lead for a 6-12 month contract based in The Hague, Netherlands.

Requirements:

  • Participate in the various experience teams to identify the need for operational involvement and upcoming operational requirements
  • Eyes and ears for the ITSO Lead OLM and SOM Manager - channel progress and challenges
  • Advise the experience teams on supportability considerations at various stages of the life cycle (Discovery, PoC, Pilot, Roll-Out)
  • Provide consultative inputs (eg non-functional requirements) and outputs (eg RFP scorings) as part of the sprints
  • Contribute to the success of the experience teams in the broadest sense of the word - this includes PBIs of any nature (strategy, design, transition, operations) depending on the priority at the time - no silo mindset.
  • Work across the various experience teams to identify trends and commonalities that have a bearing on ongoing support needs in the future/going forward.

Skills:

  • ITIL certified with good knowledge in Service Transition,
  • Service Operations and Service Management life cycle,
  • Agile work experience.
  • Knowledgeable in latest technologies like IoT, Blockchain, Digital Experience, etc.

Preferred:

  • Worked past in Shell as OLM or Support Lead and is aware of the support processes and controls
