My Client is currently looking for a Sales Account manager (French speaking) for a freelance opportunity based in Belgium.
The ideal candidate would need experience working within the Private-Sector. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, customer satisfaction and the actual profitability of the turnover (P & L responsibility). Responsibilities:
Acquire new accounts by targeting, identifying and visiting customers (hunting 75%); build a long-term trust relationship with existing customers (farming 25%).
Be responsible for negotiation, commercial agreements and the development of winning offers; analyze and closely monitor the evolution of customers and identify opportunities (acquisitions, growth, etc.), threats (solvency problems, redemptions, etc.);
In collaboration with our internal departments, adapt tailor-made actions and launch potential actions for strategic clients; guide the internal technical teams by transmitting your knowledge of the customer context;
Be responsible for updating the customer database to capture business opportunities on time. Experience
Demonstrated experience in the trades, computer services as well as in the commercial activity of minimum 5 years;
Operational level in French, Dutch and English;
Knowledge required in computing in the development of mobile and web applications;
Desired knowledge: knowledge of the industry market and knowledge of contract law;
