This company is a leading global company and provides cloud computing and visualisation software and services.

Your new role
As an Technical Support Engineer you will be providing support to your companies clients, using your company's solutions, in isolating, diagnosing, reproducing and fixing technical issues in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter and self-learner, possess strong customer service and technical problem solving skills; and be someone who embraces challenges.

The employee will also need the following;
-Premier support bundle
-Experience with process improvement (advantage but not necessary)
