An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the South West's leading employers as a Resilience Programme Manager based at our Head Office in Exeter.
[b]What will you be doing?[/b]
The Resilience Programme Manager will provide programme management for the Centre for Resilience in Environment, Water and Waste (CREWW) partnership with Exeter University, to ensure obligations of the programme are met and effective governance arrangements maintained.
You will engage with the SWW business to develop innovation opportunities that can be developed into CREWW projects that support delivery of our business plan and obligations to customers and stakeholders. You'll be the link with UKWIR research programmes for South West Water.

*Experience of working in a project management environment*Able to think strategically and ensure the building blocks are in place for improvement to flourish*Experience of developing innovative solutions and bringing to market or delivery.*Experience of bid preparation and implementation*Proficient in the use of MS Office*Experience of liaison with academic providers and understanding academic research processes*Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to convey complex information*Approachable must be accessible to all members of the team
