Currently, we are seeking individuals to fill multiple IT Help Desk roles with our client in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a very exciting opportunity working with one of the top employers in the area. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in the following skills.

Required Skills:

Experience assisting end users with hardware and software related incidents in a professional business
environment
Experience with servicing customers (internal or external) - in-person and/or phones
Technical certification is a plus (eg CCNA, A+, Network+, etc.)
Proven ability to adapt to change
Minimum of an Associate's degree in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study
