For our client in Basel we are looking for an Administrative Expert for a 7-month contract.

Duration: 7 months

Start date: ASAP

End date: 30.04.2020

Location: Basel

Workload: 50%

Job Purpose:

Responsible to run independently global administrative processes, interface with company's country organizations, and headquarter global functions to effectively and efficiently support the mission and goals of the Global P&O Transformation Lead. Support in HR specific processes in a global context.

Major Accountabilities:

General administrative support to Global P&O Transformation Lead:
. Deals with complex administrative and organizational tasks independently
. Organization of meetings and videoconferences
. Making travel arrangements and handling travel expenses
. Email and phone call filtering, Invoice scanning
. Interface for external business partners & internal client groups
. Prepares presentations and contributes to content depending on subject
. Maintaining relevant functional Sharepoint/One Drive site if required * If required, acts as interface for the team members and coordinates their activities in an efficient and effective manner to optimize workflow in the team

HR specific support (when/where/if required):
. Support and coordination on Executive Searches and Assessments (in
particular with external providers)
. Support and coordination of Talent Management Processes
. Year End performance review process

Financials:
. Support Global P&O Transformation Lead with creation of Purchase Orders, Intercompany Charges, Rebooks upon request
. If required, support with control of Budget (on monthly basis)

Special Projects:
. Participation and/or management in ad-hoc special projects when required

Education:

Commercial training (eg Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, business school) or equivalent

Languages:

Good written and spoken English, Knowledge of other languages (eg German or French) is appreciated

Experience:

. 3-5 years' experience in senior PA or equivalent role, ideally at pharmaceutical company
. Excellent IT and MS Office skills
. Analysis & synthesis of business information
. Cross-unit Collaboration
. Cross-Cultural Experience
. Operations Management and Execution
