The role focuses on operations support of Identity and Access Management related solutions that currently include Azure AD, ADFS, MIM, SailPoint, PCS, RSA. The Global Cybersecurity function is responsible for the firm's overall objectives of enhancing data protection, standardizing and securing critical infrastructure and gaining cyber visibility through security operations centers. The Cybersecurity organization delivers a comprehensive set of cybersecurity services to member firms through regional delivery hubs and a Global Fusion Center. We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Engineer to join the team.

Your role

As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team you will take on strategic, operational and relationship management tasks, some of which include:

  • Support the IAM Operations Lead with maturing IAM operations, enhancements of IAM solutions and delivering operational excellence
  • Support the IAM Operations Lead with building out additional operational support with adoption of new IAM solutions
  • Monitor the Service ticketing system and participate in planned Systems Day and 24x7x365 on-call rotation
  • Actively engage in incidents raised by member firms and escalation to vendor (as needed)
  • Maintain service level objectives by resolving incidents and service requests in a timely fashion
  • Participate in troubleshooting of Identity and Access Management solutions
  • Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Your professional experience

Essential

  • Bachelor-level degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications
  • Previous experience using Azure AD/O365 services and/or other IAM related solutions
  • Excellent problem solving, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure with competing priorities while consistently producing best-in-class deliverables
  • Strong operational and organizational skills
  • Experience with troubleshooting issues and assisting to mitigate issues, including root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, and NIST, including 800-53 and the Cybersecurity Framework
  • Experience of the following in a highly complex and global organization:

o Supporting Azure Active Directory
o Supporting multi-factor authentication
o Knowledge of emerging authentication technologies and protocols
o Experience with authentication vendors, including Okta, Microsoft, and Ping
o Experience with federation technologies and solutions
o Experience with supporting various authentication protocols (Kerberos, SAML, OAUTH)

Preferred

  • Microsoft certification: MCSA Solutions Associate; MCSE Solutions Expert
  • Professional security management certification is desirable, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other similar credentials
