Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customer experience solutions using the Genesys Cloud platform. This role requires a deep understanding of contact center technologies, cloud infrastructure, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver top-notch customer service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement customer experience solutions on the Genesys Cloud CX platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Develop and maintain custom integrations and APIs to enhance the functionality of the Genesys Cloud platform.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Genesys Cloud environment.
* Conduct regular performance tuning, optimization, and maintenance of Genesys Cloud solutions.
* Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients as needed.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of the Genesys Cloud platform and integrate them into existing solutions.
* Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards, security policies, and best practices.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Genesys Cloud CX Developer or similar role.
* Strong proficiency in developing solutions using the Genesys Cloud CX platform.
* In-depth knowledge of contact center technologies and cloud infrastructure.
* Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
* Proficiency in RESTful APIs and web services.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in customer experience and contact center solutions.
* Version control expertise (such as GitHub)
* Prior experience building and maintaining a Genesys platform via Genesys CX as a Code
* Genesys Certified eg Professional, Architect or Developer
