Are you an ambitious and experienced Personal Assistant, looking for an opportunity to drive change and transformation?

GRG are pleased to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity which has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a hardworking team at a leading company with offices based in Dudley.

As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the MD's daily activities. You will provide excellent administrative support, enabling the MD to focus on strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls.
Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments.
Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation.
Organise events and conferences.
Remind the MD of important tasks and deadlines.
Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Manage databases and filing systems.
Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
Collate and file expenses.
Conduct research on behalf of the manager.Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a PA, Personal Assistant, EA or Executive Assistant role, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in IT systems.
Ability to work under pressure and think quickly.
Highly organised, perceptive, and motivated.
Capable of multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities.Benefits:
