1st Line Support Engineer – Remote
Salary & Benefits: £25k to £27,500K, 33 Days Holiday, Pension etc
Are you a 1st Line Support Engineer looking for a remote, supportive, and fun environment? This position offers opportunities to upskill, work on projects, and be part of a service-centric company.
You will be providing 1st Line Support to a leading Care Home that works with individuals who have learning challenges. In the UK they have over 300 sites and you will be supporting around 3000 active IT users, working with an experienced in-house support team.
This is a remote role, but ideally, you will live within 1:30hrs of London, as they do meet up for 1 day a month as a team.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Assist with IT issues, incidents, installations, configurations, migrations, and maintenance of system hardware, software, and networks.
* Support project-based activities.
* Demonstrable experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Entra.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* General and bespoke application training provided.
