Our expanding client is looking for an Office Administrator! You'll support managers and employees, handle daily office needs, and manage administrative activities. Proficiency with tools like MS Excel and office equipment is essential. Ready to keep their office running smoothly? Apply now!

* £21,000 - £24,000
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
* 26 days holiday + bank holidays
Job specification:
* Handle and route phone calls
* Organise and schedule appointments
* Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
* Assist in preparing regular reports
* Update and maintain office policies and procedures
* Order office supplies and research new vendors and deals
* Provide general support to visitors
* Provide customer support via phone
* Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients
* Manage customer invoicing
* Assist with credit control and debt collection
* Update customer information in our accounts package (Xero)
* Maintain our CRM and organise customer information
* Assist the sales administration team with quotes and orders from our e-commerce system
Person specification:
* Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
* Proficient with office equipment, such as printers
* Skilled in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
* Exceptional time management abilities and the capacity to prioritise tasks
* Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Based in Leatherhead
£21,000 - £24,000
37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
26 days holiday + bank holidays
