We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an IT Support Specialist. This role is permanent position based in Bern Canton. Your Role Provide first second level support for users in the areas of VOIP (Cisco), multimedia IT infrastructure. Hold responsibility for some IT projects Switzerland support international projects. Coordinate with end customers, international specialist teams external suppliers. Provide first second level remote on site support for users throughout Switzerland. Create maintain documentation of systems services. Partake in Service Desk (Hotline) Support as a part of the IT team. Provide user training employee training. Maintain user administration access authorizations. Create procurement applications orders for external service providers. Your Skills At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role covering the above mentioned main tasks. Strong experience in the field of service desk user support. Some experience in knowledge of System Administration. Good knowledge of Windows 10 Office 365 Your Profile University Degree in Business or Computer Science. Responsible, dedicated self driven. Strong communication skills highly service oriented. Category B Driving License willing to travel within Switzerland approximately 1 to 2 times per month. Very good command of German, French English.
