M4 Recruitment are currently looking for a CSI Executive to join one of our clients based on the outskirts of Swindon.

Reporting to the Senior Contracting Manager, the responsibilities of the role include:

* To update and support the CSI System in a timely manner

* Build cluster itineraries in the back office system

* Responsible for the input of group allocations

* Loading of contracted allocation including Hotels/Events/Transfer and groups

* Building of all CSI packages prior to the package going on sale

* Ensuring the booking process is clear for all departments

* Frequent audits of elements loaded to CSI to ensure information is accurate

* Assisting sales and admin with any booking/loading issues

Experience required:

* Eye for accuracy and detail

* Willingness to help

* Drive to learn and develop

Desirable experience:

* Knowledge on Itour

* A keen interest in travel or travel industry experience
