We are looking for a senior French Client Support Specialist (also called Senior Customer Service Coordinator) in Amsterdam. Reporting to the customer service manager based in Paris, your main responsibilities are
Manage a small team of customer service specialists
Manage the SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) processes define, write, update and maintain SAT processes linked to company s mission
Liaise with the Customer Service Team in France and the team of 2 Customer Service specialists in Amsterdam.
Coordinate the different process with internal and external providers, and manage the KPI overview of the team in Amsterdam.
Report and follow up on technical aspects of Scholastic Aptitude Test application with the ISS Department to improve processes
Create, improve and update the existing platforms, processes and documents when needed and define solutions for improvements.
You will be employed directly with our client and receive a 1 year contract. You will be offered a monthly salary between , plus bonus (10 ) and plenty growth opportunities. You will be working in an international team with low hierarchies and a great team spirit. Furthermore, you will receive a travel cost compensation of max. 40 per month, a 100 compensation for your health insurance and lunch expenses. Last but not least, you will sometimes take a business trip to the office in Paris!
Near(native) level in French, with impeccable English skills
Minimum of 3 years of (recent) customer service logistics back office
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with great attention to detail
Experience of management coordination of people activities
You are self motivated with great multitasking and not afraid to take responsibility
