1st Line Support Engineer - Up to £30,000 + Excellent Benefits - London

Our client are a leading provider of IT, Cloud and Unified communications solutions who are located in the heart of London are seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer who shares their values to become part of the team. The right applicant will be given training to enable them to grow and thrive in this role.
Role & Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software.
Logging and managing requests.
Monitoring systems, performing repairs, upgrades, installations and other routine tasks.
Being the first point of contact for customers both in person and remotely, logging and resolving calls using the set procedures.
Escalating issues as and when necessary.Skills & Experience:

Experienced working within an IT Support role.
Experience in Windows technologies at a systems and server level, with some network knowledge as well.
As this role involves interacting with users directly, strong communication skills are essential, and a background in customer service is a welcome addition.
Experience with Office 365.
MSP experience (desirable)Package:

£25,000 - £30,000 basic salary
You’ll also have the opportunity to be sent on training courses and achieve certifications
