Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst is required for an international legal/law firm based in Central London.
* TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.* on Legal applications and systems if required but you must have previous Application Support experience.
This is a NEW role to the law firm and it's a great opportunity to be trained up to become a SME on the Finance Systems within the law firm. You will be providing both BAU Support as a point of escalation as well as having technical input to projects. You will be interfacing with the business, (lawyers/partners etc) and working with internal technical teams and 3rd party software vendors.
3E, Elite, Aderant: YOU DO NOT NEED in depth application knowledge of Legal Finance Systems, (as you will be trained) but any exposure to 3E, Elite, Aderant would be beneficial.
YOU MUST HAVE previous experience as an Application Support Analyst, (ideally 2 years +), and have ITIL certification. You will be expected to have good general knowledge of supporting a Microsoft/Windows environments.
You will ideally have gained some experience within a law firm/legal industry, or otherwise a professional services environment, ie Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Accountancy, Consultancy.
