Monarch are working with a leading financial organisation in Leopardstown, Dublin who are looking to bring on a Business Assistant.

This role is a great opportunity for the right person to join a growing team throughout 2019, you will need experience in the below to be successful:

  • Financial experience is advantegous
  • Excel Microsoft packages PowerPoint
  • Common sense and initiative number-
  • Previous administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior clients.
  • Strong working knowledge of department budgets and desk top computer software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Prioritization, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills, both internally and externally
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently while being able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Administrative experience in a multinational corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management
