Business Assistant/Office Manager

Monarch are working with a leading financial organisation in Leopardstown, Dublin who are looking to bring on a Business Assistant.
This role is a great opportunity for the right person to join a growing team throughout 2019, you will need experience in the below to be successful:
- Financial experience is advantegous
- Excel Microsoft packages PowerPoint
- Common sense and initiative number-
- Previous administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior clients.
- Strong working knowledge of department budgets and desk top computer software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Prioritization, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent relationship building skills, both internally and externally
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently while being able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
- Administrative experience in a multinational corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management
