HR Assistant (Recruitment) - 3 Month Initial Contract (with extension opportunity) - £138 - £143 a day (Inside IR35) - Hybrid Working (WFH and one of their Scotland based Offices - offices all across the country) - Public Sector

Essential Skills:

  • Experienced in recruitment environment.
  • Competent in running direct recruitment campaigns from end to end (ie from authorisation/advert through to pre-employment checks/issuing contracts.
  • Knowledge of leading briefings/wash-ups.
  • Ability to facilitate assessments.
  • IT literate - use of Microsoft Office effectively, particularly Office 365.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work co-operatively and supportively with others
  • Keeps others informed of progress of work plan, targets, etc.
  • Aware of recruitment trends and keeps own recruitment knowledge and skills up to date.
