IT Service Desk Analyst - £26,000 - £30,000 + bonus

Bournemouth

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious IT Service Desk Analyst looking to join a company that take career development seriously, who have recently been certified as a Great Place to Work.

You will join the IT delivery function of a well-established company in Bournemouth, working on the service desk who provide the first point of contact for all IT related issues from users across the UK.

It will require someone with 2 years+ experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support across applications and infrastructure.

Some of the general responsibilities will include:

* Incident management

* Request management

* Asset management

* Knowledge management

* Daily system checks

The role will require technical knowledge around the following:

* Active Directory

* MS Exchange 2013

* Office 365

* Hardware troubleshooting

* Windows

* Network connectivity issues

You would need to be able to commute to the head office in Bournemouth so the role could also suit people based in Poole, Southampton and surrounding areas.
